As a National Board President, I uphold our organization's mission and ensure operational excellence. My key responsibilities include providing strategic direction, overseeing board accountability, and organizing meetings such as the National Board Retreat and Annual Convention. I facilitate discussions, develop expectations for chapters hosting physical meetings, and maintain effective communication through official letters and reports. Additionally, I manage finances with signing authority for National Board accounts and act as the official representative at NALFO meetings, collaborating with the Advisory Board to align initiatives with strategic goals.

As a key advisor to the President and National Board, I assist in executing organizational strategies and represent the President in their absence. I facilitate collaboration among committee chairs, monitor initiatives, and report updates to the Board. My role includes engaging and retaining members through programs that foster inclusivity, overseeing key events, maintaining accurate membership records, and managing sash contracts. Additionally, I compile statistical reports on membership and chapter performance to present insights to the Board.

I am responsible for taking minutes at National Board meetings, distributing them within one week, and locking the agenda 24 hours prior to meetings. I manage day-to-day operations, including attendance tracking and updating the National Board roster. Additionally, I oversee administrative functions, coordinate logistics for events, and serve as the primary point of contact for communications. I also prepare reports on the Board's accomplishments, covering financial overviews, changes, improvements, updates, and pending tasks for discussion at meetings.

As the Parliamentarian, I ensure that the organization’s meetings and decision-making processes follow established rules and procedures. My key responsibilities include advising the National Board on parliamentary law, guiding the flow of meetings, and ensuring compliance with bylaws and governing documents. I assist in maintaining order during discussions, resolving procedural questions, and facilitating smooth and fair decision-making. Additionally, I support the Board in upholding governance standards, ensuring that actions and resolutions align with organizational policies and regulations.

As the Financier, I oversee all financial operations, including drafting and presenting yearly budgets, filing taxes, and maintaining tax-exempt status. I manage accounts, scholarships, and fundraisers, ensuring expenses align with financial plans. Additionally, I collect chapter dues and fines, provide financial training, and maintain financial records for audits and compliance. I also develop long-term financial strategies and present annual financial and philanthropy reports to the National Board, highlighting key achievements and future recommendations.

As the Public Relations Officer, I serve as the National Board in managing all public communications to ensure accurate representation of the organization. I generate and distribute press releases for National Board activities. I also archive all press releases for historical reference. I oversee social media accounts. Additionally, support the National Vice President in coordinating with external consultants on public relations projects, and ensure compliance with 501(c)(3) regulations, emphasizing transparency and accountability in all public relations activities.

As the Director of Chapter Services, I am a Coordinator for NALFO, I promote chapter engagement in initiatives like the National Day of Service and the awards program. I manage the National Convention logistics with the hosting chapter. I oversee compliance and philanthropy activities, approve events, and organize bi-monthly virtual CAPE Seminars. Additionally, I track community service and academic hours for each chapter and report to the National Vice President at the end of each term.

As the Director of Membership, I promote a safe and inclusive environment through anti-hazing workshops and addressing hazing allegations. I oversee recruitment activities, ensuring compliance while also conducting workshops. Additionally, I manage new member training programs and maintain documentation. I track interest group progress, report to the National Board, and collaborate with the Director of Membership. Additionally, I support at-risk chapters with five or fewer members and revisit dormant chapters to maintain their documentation.

As the Director of Alumni Relations, I maintain an alumni report and enhance alumni engagement.
I organize Alumni Association meetings, ensure minutes are posted online, and facilitate one in-person gathering and virtual meetings each term. I encourage recent graduates to join the Alumni Association and LinkedIn, and fundraising events per term. Additionally, I provide meetings with graduates before graduation to discuss career options.

As the Director of Business Development, I establish national partnerships and sponsorships while overseeing chapter fundraising efforts and leading the annual scholarship fundraising campaign. I train chapter fundraising chairs, monitor their progress, and provide reports to the National Executive Board. Additionally, I manage the internship program, ensuring compliance and collaboration with the Financier on scholarship fund allocation and financial planning initiatives.
